The Oyo police command says it has intercepted a truck conveying materials suspected to be explosive in the Sango area of Ibadan, the state capital. Ayanlade Olayinka, police spokesperson in the state, said in a statement on Sunday that the truck was intercepted during a stop-and-search operation following an intelligence tip-off.
