The immediate past president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Muhammad Buhari has passed away this afternoon after brief illness.
Recall few days ago he was flown to London for treatment in an undisclosed hospital where he’s been attended to.
The news of his death was broke by his ex aide, Garba Sheu on his page on X (formerly Twitter).
The statement reads: INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHIRRAJIUUN.
The family of the former president has announced the passing on of the former president, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, this afternoon in a clinic in London.
