The member representing Lagelu State Constituency in Oyo State Assembly, Hon Olajide Akintunde AKT has commiserated with the Muslim ummah and the entire family of the late tyre dealer, Alhaji Chief Lamidi Ajadi who died late hour of yesterday.
In a condolence statement the house committee chairman on local government, chieftaincy matter and state honors, Hon AKT made available to Apollo Media, he described the demise of Baba Adinni of Ibadanland as a rude shock, and expressed a deep saddened to hear the death of a highly respected elder and prominent figure in the Muslim community and high Chief in Ibadan Chieftaincy role whose death was announced yesterday evening.
Hon AKT described the deceased as a devoted Muslim, man of peace, dignity who committed his entire life to uplift others with his wealth and influence.
The party whip who stressed that his wise counsel, leadership, and fatherly roles will be sorely missed, prayed to God to forgive his shortcomings and admit him to paradise.
