The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has congratulated Hon. Deji Oparinde, the lawmaker representing Afijio State Constituency, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a parliamentarian with a calm spirit and exceptional character.
