The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagelu Local government has send its heartfelt felicitations to Nigerians on the occasion of 65th Independence anniversary of the country.
In a statement by the chairman, Chief Femi Falowo and made available by the local party secretary, Otuba Bioku Olusegun Benjamin (Double Six) said despite the current hardship and challenges in the land, Nigerians still proven to be resilient and grateful.
The party further acknowledges the positive impact of Governor Seyi Makinde in changing the narrative of economic system in Oyo State and also commended the peaceful conducted of the recently concluded party state Congress.
He said the local government led by Hon Mudashiru Kamorudeen and its State representative in Oyo assembly, Hon Olajide Akintunde (AKT) will continue to ensure that welfare of the people of local government continues to remain the top priority of the government and the Party.
