The Oyo State House of Assembly PDP whip, Hon Olajide Akintunde politically known as AKT has passionately congratulated Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle (DoN) on his victory in the Ibadan North Federal Constituency bye-election.
In a release by his media crew, AKT described the victory as a testament to party’s capacity, competence, and credibility, stressing that Oyo state belong to PDP.
He further stressed that Oyekunle’s victory reflects the people’s trust in his ability to deliver dividends of democracy. He praised the former lawmaker’s service while he was in Oyo State House of Assembly, highlighting his commitment to constituents and loyalty to the PDP’s ideals.
The Oyo Lawmaker equally attributed the victory to Governor Seyi Makinde’s leadership, saying it demonstrates the party’s unity and strength under his able leadership.
