It was around 8:00pm yesterday night, a lone vehicle ran under the newly completed Olodo Bridge in ibadan, leaving the car badly damaged. Miraculously, the driver escaped without any physical injuries.
Earlier before the incident, Apollo Media gathered that the driver has allegedly hit someone around Wofun- Gelato along the same axis, these unfortunate scenes has created speculations among the eyewitnesses, saying weather the driver has got drunk or the car is in the bad condition.
The residents described the scene as frightening, but quick action from passers-by ensured the driver was safely pulled out.
Motorists are urged to approach the bridge with caution, especially at night, and remain alert to avoid similar incidents.
