The Lagelu local government ward 5 youth leader, Hon Surajudeen Alamu fondly called “Yomight” has extended his congratulations with the council chairman, Hon Mudashiru Kamorudeen on first year anniversary in office.
Hon Yomight described Hon Kamorudeen as a leader, dedicated party man, who has consistently demonstrating a visionary leadership with deep commitment to grassroot development, noting that his administration has transformed Lagelu into a model for effective local governance through strategic investment in infrastructure, security, education and public welfare.
Key achievements under his tenure includes: launching of Lagelu security network, soft loan for small scale business owner, provision of motorized boreholes in multiple wards to address water scarcity, provisions of electricity transformer to the affected areas, grading of local communities.
Hon Yomight further acknowledged that Chairman’s leadership excellence has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by his unanimous conferment as Ibadan Culture Ambassador by CCII. This recognition reflects not only his administrative competence but also the confidence reposed in him by the body.
